Upon your request, D-Lingua legalises translations but you should ensure
that you verify the type of legalisation is required for your translated
document. You can choose from these options:
Certified translations – such
translations are required for an official use by non-government
organisations (universities, employers, etc). D-Lingua will stamp
the translated document with its stamp and will add a certificate
confirming that the document has been translated by a qualified
translator and believe to be an accurate and true translation
of the original document.
Notarised translations – such
translations are required by government and legal organisations.
When a translator completes the translation then they will attend
the offices of a Public Notary and declare both in oath and in
writing that the translation is true. The Notary will certify
the translation with their stamp.
Sworn translations – such
translations are the most common and usually required by courts.
Upon the completion of a translation, the translator attends
the offices of a Public Notary or Solicitors and testifies
in front of them that they carried out a translation. A
stamped declaration will be provided in both relevant languages.
